Chandigarh, August 7 2021 Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal has appointed Mr. Hari Singh Preet as President of the newly created Industry wing of the party.
In a statement here, SAD Senior Vice President Dr . Daljit Singh Cheema said the SAD President had entrusted Mr Preet with the responsibility of taking feedback from industrialists to frame the forthcoming industrial policy of the SAD- BSP alliance government. “Mr Preet will also hold meetings with industrialists to ascertain the problems being faced by them so that they can be taken up for resolution”.
The SAD President meanwhile also asked Mr Hari Singh Preet to disseminate the pro- industrialist announcements made by the SAD- BSP alliance including proving power at rate of Rs 5 per unit to the industrial sector. He said the SAD would also make further announcements regarding the industry sector and address all their concerns in its election manifesto. EOM
