RAMBAN, MAY 25, 2021: Tehsildar, Rajgarh has refutted the reliability of news published in a section of print media regarding encroachment on RDD park land at Chakka-Kundi area Tehsil, Rajgarh, Block Assar and involvement of Government officials in the alleged encroachment .
As per revenue record and report submitted by the Naib Tehsildar after spot visit, the said land is proprietary land.
“Naib Tehsildar conducted demarcation in presence of locals and no encroachment has been found in Public Park” he said.
He further mentioned that regarding chopping of branches of Chinar tree the Police Post Kastigarh of District Doda has been directed to take legal action against local defaulters as reported by Naib Tehsildar, Rajgarh.
The report submitted by the BDO, Assar, clearly reveals that no encroachment has been made on the public park constructed by RDD at Chakka-Kundi.
