Drinking enough water according to age keeps your body temperature under control and avoids the risk of other deadly diseases. With increasing age we should increase our ability to drink water every day because with age, when you do any tiring work and sweat more than a normal person, there is a risk of lack of water in the body.

 

Heat Stroke And Heart Risk

Drinking water is essential for us so that we can control our body temperature. If the body temperature is controlled properly then we can avoid heat stroke, heat exhaustion and heart related diseases. According to Dr.Nodar Janus, with increasing age, the activation of thirst centres in the hypothalamus of a person decreases. For this reason many times it happens that even when you are thirsty, your brain does not indicate this to your body, so you should drink a large amount of water on your own daily.

 

Prevent Dehydration

The easiest way to keep the body hydrated is by drinkinglarge amounts of water daily. If we drink juice, tea, soda and other substances besides water, then our body has to work hard to digest them, which wastes a lot of energy and is of no use.

Therefore, make a habit of drinking 2 to 3 litres of water daily.
