With concerted efforts of District Bureau of Employment and Enterprises (DBEE), SRS Government Polytechnic College for Girls and ICICI Foundation has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to run a Job Oriented Short Term Certificate Course for the students.

In a signing ceremony of the MoU between ICICI Academy for Skills, Mohali and SRS Government Polytechnic College for Girls, Principal MP Singh, ICICI Academy for Skills, Mohali head Deepak Sharma and Deputy CEO DBEE Navdeep Singh were present.
Disclosing further details, Deputy CEO Navdeep Singh said that DBEE Ludhiana has taken this initiative to bring ICICI Foundation and SRS Government Polytechnic College for Girls to launch the pilot project in Ludhiana by running Job Oriented Short Term Certificate Course in Office Administration which will be free of cost for girls in the age group of 18-30 Years.
He said that this course would be of 64-days and under the course, the girls would be taught about personality development, resume presentation, group discussion, and soft and communication skills to increase the chances of getting jobs.
