It’s also reuniting the missing persons with their loved ones
Chandigarh, October 29 – With an aim to curtail interference in the functioning of government offices, Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal has started a new programme so as to resolve disputes under which all departments are being digitized in a phased manner. Besides this, even youngsters are well aware about CM Window, Twitter handle. In fact they tweet regarding their household problems along with the water, electricity, road, sewerage related problems of their residential area as well.
According to OSD to the Chief Minister, Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal said that the Chief Minister has directly appealed to the people to raise their disputes and get them resolved. This appeal of the Chief Minister has had an impact and the employees unions have raised a large number of complaints regarding the problems of the Departments concerned. He added that the Government intends to minimize human interference as soon as the entire system is digitized. Even other states have also discussed the efforts of the Chief Minister.
Refund of Rs. 84,729 given to Hathin’s RM Hardcore Process Solution India Pvt. Ltd.
Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal said that a complaint was raised at CM Window Hathin by RM Uttrak Process Solution India Pvt Ltd with regard to his electricity connection number HA410033. An amount of Rs 1,62,722 was deposited twice in the Electricity Department Hathin. He was then told that the said amount should be transferred to the new connection F44HTHT0025. He raised a complaint regarding this on September 27, 2021, on the CM Window. After taking cognizance by the CMO, DHBVN informed in its report said that the matter of consumer’s bill was sent to CBO office Hisar for refund and later it was informed that Rs 84,729 would be refunded in the next bill of the consumer. The consumer then gave in writing that he was satisfied.
Helpful in reuniting the missing persons with family
According to Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal, one, Sh. Harpreet Singh had tweeted on CM Window from district Karnal that a person was found in an unconscious state at Charbagh Railway Station in Lucknow. The photograph of his Aadhaar Card was taken and posted. He said that Gurnam Singh’s house was traced as a result of the swift action of the Haryana Police taken after the CMO’s cognizance. Harpreet Singh then re-tweeted that I am informing you that the house of the elderly has been found, soon they will be sent to their home. This work has been possible with the help of police station in-charge Nising.
