Feroz Khan condoles demise of mother of Commissioner Secretary Rigzian Sampheal
KARGIL, FEBRUARY 04,2021: Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan on behalf of all Executive Councillors and Councillors of the LAHDC, Kargil has condoled the sad demise of late Sonam Dolma, mother of Commissioner Secretary Tourism Rigzian Sampheal.
The CEC while expressing profound grief and sorrow over the demise of Sonam Dolma described her as a pious soul and said that her death was a huge loss.
In his condolence message, CEC Khan conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to Commissioner Secretary Rigzian Sampheal and other bereaved family members.
Feroz Khan on behalf of the Executive Council of the LAHDC, Kargil and all Councillors expressed solidarity with the bereaved family in this hour of grief.
Khan also prayed to the Almighty God to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
