FIR against black marketers

Agriculture Minister Shri Patel has directed the officers to take strict action against those who engage in black marketing of fertilizers and also register FIRs. He has asked the officials to supply manure to the lowest level, so that everyone can get enough quantity of manure. Minister Shri Patel has informed that 9 rakes of urea have arrived in the last 3-4 days and 6.5 rakes of urea are about to arrive in the next 2-3 days. He said that similarly 9 rakes of DAP have arrived, while 5 more rakes are about to arrive in the next two-three days. Eight rakes of NPK have also arrived, while 10 more rakes are to come. Urea, DAP and NPK are being delivered to the districts regularly as per availability, which is being distributed through cooperatives as well as private institutions.
Agriculture Minister Shri Patel informed that at present a total of 3 lakh 18 thousand 263 metric tonnes of urea is available. This includes one lakh 56 thousand 117 metric tones with the retailer, one lakh 13 thousand 106 metric tones with the wholesaler, 30 thousand 580 metric tonnes with the company, warehouse and company GIT and 18 thousand 460 metric tonnes of urea with the wholesaler GIT. Similarly, one lakh 31 thousand 454 metric tonnes of DAP is also available, out of which 53 thousand 249 metric tonnes are with the retailer, 42 thousand 644 metric tonnes are with the wholesaler, 24 thousand 700 metric tonnes with the company, warehouse and company GIT and the wholesaler GIT has 10 thousand 860 MT of DAP. Shri Patel informed that at present one lakh 4 thousand 590 metric tonnes of NPK fertilizer is also available. This includes 35 thousand 875 metric tonnes with the retailer, 30 thousand 345 metric tonnes with the wholesaler, 32 thousand 610 metric tonnes with the company, warehouse and company GIT and 5 thousand 760 metric tonnes of NPK with wholesaler GIT.
