Chandigarh, May 4 – Former chief minister Parkash Singh Badal and Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) President Sukhbir Singh Badal today expressed their deep condolences at the passing away of Smt Mithilesh Rani Mathur, mother of PTC Network Managing Director and President Rabindra Narayan.
In a condolence message here, Mr Parkash Singh Badal conveyed his heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family and prayed for everlasting peace to the departed soul.
Mr Sukhbir Singh Badal in his personal condolence message to Mr Narayan said he could understand the pain the PTC head was going through right now and asked him to be strong in this hour of grief.
Former union minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal and former minister Bikram Singh Majithia also expressed their sympathies with the bereaved family. Mrs Badal said Smt Mithilesh Rani Mathur was a strong woman and bedrock of the Narayan family and her passing away had left a void which was difficult to fill. “ I pray to Waheguru to give strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss”, she added. Mr Majithia also condoled the passing away of Smt Mathur.
