Chandigarh, July 9 – Haryana Government has taken an important decision in the interest of the students of Government and Private schools in the State, under which students of classes IX to XII will be allowed to join schools from July 16, 2021 onwards with the permission of their parents. After this, students of classes VI to VIII will also be able to come to schools from July 23, 2021 onwards.
A Government spokesperson said that it would not be mandatory for the students to come to school as online classes will continue in the same pattern.
Social distance and other rules will be applicable for the students coming to the schools.
The Director of Secondary and Elementary Education Department on July 12, 2021 will conduct online video conferencing to resolve the doubts of the teachers regarding the same orders.
No decision has been taken yet to open school for students from classes 1st to 5th.
