Harsh Saroha of Sonipat district brings laurels to Haryana by winning the gold medal in the 50 meter butterfly competition

Chandigarh, June 8 :– Under the Khelo India Youth Games 2021, swimming competitions began at swimming pool based in War Heroes Memorial Stadium, Ambala Cantonment on Wednesday.  Harsh Saroha of Sonipat district bought laurels to Haryana by winning the gold medal in the 50 meter butterfly competition.  In the same competition, Bikram Changmai of Assam won the silver medal by securing the second position and Aryan Varnekar of Maharashtra won the bronze medal by securing the third position.  On this occasion, a medal ceremony was organized in which the medal winners were honored.

The participants astounded everyone with their talent as part of the various swimming competitions held today.  Various competitions related to swimming were organized on this occasion, which included men and women 50 meter butterfly, 200 meter freestyle for men, 100 meter breaststroke men and women etc.  Under this competition, a medal ceremony will be organized on Thursday.
