Haryana Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister, Sh. JP Dalal said that one lakh acres of land affected by waterlogging in the state will be corrected.

Sh. Dalal was replying to a question raised during the ongoing winter session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha here today.
He said that the government has recently conducted a survey of the affected villages in Baroda constituency and the process of preparing a detailed project report for the affected villages is in progress and the time period for the same will be improved with the participation of farmers.
ssHowever, Baroda Assembly Constituency has total land of 3808 Acres (1523 Ha) including Village Banwasa (95 Acres), Kathura (725 Acres), Garhwal (1113 Acres), Moi Hooda (750 Acres) and Katwal (1125 Acres) where Land reclamation work has been done over the last two decades.
