Haryana Cabinet approved the proposal of Public Works (B&R) Department for un-installation of toll at on Punhana to Lakarpur, Sri Singalheri, Thenkri, Jalalgarh, Ranota-Manota upto Rajasthan Boarder at Km 12.65 in Nuh district
Chandigarh April 22: Haryana Cabinet which met under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Manohar Lal here today approved the proposal of Public Works (B&R) Department for un-installation of toll at on Punhana to Lakarpur, Sri Singalheri, Thenkri, Jalalgarh, Ranota-Manota upto Rajasthan Boarder at Km 12.65 in Nuh district.
The decision regarding un-installation of this toll plaza has been taken because the annual departmental collection of tax is just Rs. 60 lakh only against the minimum mandatory amount of Rs. one crore per annum for a toll point to qualify for installation.
Besides this, Cabinet has also approved another proposal of the department for shifting of toll collection point from its present RD of 6.000 to 7.500 of Toll Plaza on Hodal-Nuh-Patauda-Pataudi road.
