Chandigarh, March 6
World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the Novel Coronavirus, COVID-19 as Pandemic. Till now it has affected 216 countries/areas/territories, infected 11,54,78,709 people and caused 25,68,720 deaths. The most severely affected countries are the United States of America, India, Brazil, the Russian Federation, The United Kingdom etc. Till date in India, it has infected 1,11,92,088 people including 1,57,656 deaths.
In order to contain the spread of the virus, the Haryana Government has strengthened the surveillance and control measures against the disease.
