Chandigarh, January 7 – Haryana Government has issued advisory for containment of COVID-19 pandemic in the state.
As per the advisory issued by the state government, all the Deputy Commissioners are advised to strengthen their preparedness for tackling any adverse situation arising in future due to surge in COVID-19 positive cases.
It stated that all the Deputy Commissioners are advised to establish/demarcate COVID Care Centres / Isolation Centers in rural and urban areas considering the rise in COVID-19 positive cases . These Covid Care centers may be required for isolation and treatment of COVID-19 positive patients.
It further states that they are advised to review their stock of oxygen and essential medicines and also to chalk out plan for ensuring supply and availability of oxygen and essential medicines for any adverse situation in future.
All the Deputy Commissioners of the state will publicize the guidelines of home isolation as issued by the Central Government for the information of general public.
