Chandigarh, June 22 – Haryana Government has promoted Sh. B.L. Dhiman, Deputy Director, Information, Public Relations and Languages Department, to the post of Joint Director, with immediate effect.
Sh. Dhiman is presently working in the Chief Minister’s Cell of Press Section at Haryana Civil Secretariat. Prior to this, he has also served in the field as District Information and Public Relations Officer and in Haryana Raj Bhavan, Chandigarh.
