Health Department 14,918 vaccine doses to the beneficiaries

Chandigarh, May 2 – Haryana Government has started inoculation of people falling between the age group of 18 to 44 years today and has administered 14,918 vaccine doses to the beneficiaries of the said age group across the state.

Sharing information in this regard, Additional Chief Secretary, Health Sh. Rajeev Arora said that by adding today’s figures the consolidated number of the total number of beneficiaries who have been administered vaccine doses till today are 38,47,634 doses.

On the administration of vaccines to Health Care Workers (HCWs), Frontline Workers (FLWs) and others, Sh. Arora said that 2,01,811 Health Care Workers (HCWs) have been administered the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine and around 1,28,247 Health Care Workers (HCWs) have been administered the second dose. Sharing the details of the Frontline Workers (FLWs) he said that 1,47,139 FLWs have been administered the first dose of the vaccine and 64,921 FLWs have been administered the second dose.
