Haryana Government places services of Gulab Singh Narwal under suspension
Chandigarh, December 31- Haryana Government has placed services of Gulab Singh Narwal, Chief Engineer, under suspension with immediate effect.
During the suspension period, his Head quarter is fixed at Irrigation and Water Resources Department, Haryana, Sector-5, Panchkula.
During the period of suspension, Gulab Singh Narwal, Chief Engineer will be entitled to subsistence allowance under rule 83 and 84 of the Haryana Civil Services (General) Rules, 2016 subject to the condition that he will produce a certificate that he is not doing any other service, private business, profession or vocation during the period of his suspension.
Further the competent authority has decided that action under rule-7 of the HCS ( P&A) Rules, 2016 may be initiated against him.
