Haryana Health Department administered corona virus vaccine doses to 1,63,299 beneficiaries on the “Mega Vaccination Day” today
Chandigarh, March 30– Haryana Health Department administered corona virus vaccine doses to 1,63,299 beneficiaries on the “Mega Vaccination Day” today enhancing the consolidated figures of the total number of vaccine doses administered till today to 14,82,699 beneficiaries.
Sharing information in this regard, Additional Chief Secretary, Health Rajeev Arora said that Monday and Tuesday being the ‘Mega Vaccination Days’ the administration of vaccine is relatively higher on these days. On the number Vaccination Centres across the state, Arora said that today there were 1,498 Vaccination Centres across the state, which were evenly spread. Of these, 1,281 Centres were government run and 217 were private Centres, he added. Most of the beneficiaries were above 60 years of age or between 45 years to 60 years with comorbidities, he added.
