Chandigarh, January 7 – In view of the increasing corona cases in the country, Haryana Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij is in action mode and is personally visiting the field to take stock of the health services to ensure that the Corona patients do not face any problems.

        In this direction, Haryana Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij today conducted a surprise inspection at the Civil Hospital, Panchkula and examined the functioning of the PSA Oxygen Plant installed there and also took stock of the health services in the hospital.

        During this, Sh. Vij interacted with the operator of the PSA plant and also took information regarding the functioning of the equipment related to the plant and gave necessary guidelines to the officers present so that there is no problem in near future.

        Health Minister Sh. Anil Vij conducted a surprise inspection of Civil Hospital in Sector-6, Panchkula this morning.  During this, he checked the functioning of the PSA plant in the hospital.  On this occasion, he took information about the functioning of the plant from the health officials present. After this, he also inspected the hospital premises and took stock of the health arrangements.

While talking to mediapersons, soon after conducting the inspection at the Civil Hospital, Panchkula, Health Minister Anil Vij said that the state’s second Genome Sequencing Lab would be set up in Panchkula.  He said that with the establishment of a laboratory in Panchkula, there would be one laboratory at both ends of the state.  Earlier a laboratory has been set up in Rohtak.  He elaborated that in the last COVID wave, the was a problem in oxygen supply. For this reason, it was decided to set up PSA plants in all the hospitals. So far, 84 PSA plants have been installed in government hospitals and medical colleges of the State, while 54 plants are installed in private hospitals.  He said that Haryana has become self-sufficient in terms of oxygen.  Apart from this, ventilators, oxygen concentrators and other equipment are also available in sufficient quantity.  He checked the equipments at the Civil Hospital, Panchkula today and said that they were working properly.  The Health Minister said that although there is a surge in corona cases but there are not many infected patients in hospitals as most are in home isolation.

        It is worth mentioning that in view of the increasing cases of corona, Health Minister Sh. Vij had also checked the functioning of the PSA plant by conducting a surprise inspection at the Civil Hospital, Fatehabad on December 31. He had also given instructions to the officials of the Health Department that they should keep all the arrangements in the hospitals completely in order and they can come and inspect them any time.

“Punjab Chief Minister Channi responsible in the conspiracy to block the way of Prime Minister Modi”- Home Minister Anil Vij

        Sh. Anil Vij said that Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi is completely responsible in the conspiracy to block the way of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi in Punjab.  He said that our country is a democratic country, but it does not mean that the path of the Prime Minister can be blocked.  Sh. Vij said that Punjab Chief Minister, Sh. Charanjit Singh Channi in his clarification on blocking the way of the Prime Minister said that ‘there is democracy in the country and people can come on the road’.  On this the Home Minister said that this is not an appropriate explanation of the Chief Minister of Punjab but a confession of his involvement in the conspiracy to block the way of the Prime Minister and that Chief Minister Channi was involved in this conspiracy as well.

        The Home Minister said that a high-level inquiry committee has been formed in this matter, which is investigating the case. Action will be taken against whoever is found guilty in the investigation.
