Chandigarh, May 2 – Haryana Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij said that corona vaccination of people aged between 18 and 45 years has started in all districts of the state from May 2, 2021.
Sh. Vij said that free vaccination will be done at all government hospitals and Vaccination Centres in the state. For this, 66 lakh doses of COVID vaccine have been sought and its first batch has been received. The vaccination has been started at about 200 Centres across the state.
The Health Minister said that about 1.1 crore people of the state fall between the age group of 18 to 45 years. Registration for their vaccination had started from April 28, 2021. He informed that a special COVID-19 vaccination camp will be organised tomorrow at the MLA dispensary on May 3, 2021 in which journalists can get themselves vaccinated, they have to just bring along their Aadhaar Card.
