Chandigarh, June 7 – In a major success, Haryana Police has arrested three more accused in connection with Asif murder case of Nuh district. So far, a total of 13 accused have been arrested in this case.
Giving this information here today, a spokesperson of Haryana Police said that the systematic and rapid movements of investigation team led to the arrest of these accused identified as Rohit alias Kala, a resident of Udaka, Pardeep alias Patwari and Amit, both residents of Kheda Khalilpur. The trio, absconding since the incident, have been arrested following secret information.
Rohit was apprehended today, while two other accused were nabbed on June 6.
On May 16, 2021, Asif of Kheda Khalilpur in Nuh was killed by a group of armed men due to personal enmity. The dead body of deceased was found near village Nangli Sohna.
Police, after getting the information, immediately swung into action and formed a SIT headed by DSP to arrest accused. Based on intelligence and other inputs, 13 accused have been arrested. The remaining involved in the crime would be nabbed and placed behind bars very soon.
