Haryana State Warehousing Corporation hands over a cheque of Rs 2.35 crore as dividend for the financial year 2021-22

Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini was presented a cheque amounting Rs.2,35,76,759 on account of Dividend at the rate  15 percent on Profit after Tax for the financial year 2021-22.

Agriculture and  Farmers’  Welfare Minister, Sh. Shyam Singh Rana, Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Department, Dr. Raja Shekhar Vundru, Chairman,  Haryana State Warehousing Corporation, Sh. Dinesh Sharma and Managing Director, Sh. K.M. Pandurang presented the cheque to the Chief Minister Haryana on Wednesday.

Notably, during the year 2021-22, the turnover of the Haryana State Warehousing Corporation was Rs.7,243.52 crore.  At present the Corporation is operating 123 Warehouses in the State with a total average storage capacity of 22.84 lakh MTs and utilization is 22.20 lakh MTs (97 percent). During the year 2024-25, HSWC has procured 16.10 lakh MT Wheat, 8.55 lakh MTs paddy, 2.35 lakh MT Bajra and 4.16 lakh MT Mustard on MSP from farmers.
