Congress fails to project a strong candidate in the area- Haryana CM
Chandigarh November 1: On the last day of campaigning for the by-election in Adampur constituency, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) left no stone unturned and blew trumpet loudly against congress. All the veteran leaders of BJP reached the election campaign and appealed to vote in favour of joint BJP-JJP candidate Bhavya Bishnoi in Adampur. Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal addressed a huge gathering at Mandi Adampur today. The Chief Minister started his speech by saluting former MLA Smt. Jasma Devi. While addressing the public, he said that this is not an election but a special occasion. This by-election is for those who have been sitting in exile for 26 years. The people of Adampur have been cheated many times. Those who deceived the public are coming forward to seek public votes. Congress also betrayed Chaudhary Bhajan Lal. The Chief Minister said that it is his responsibility to ensure development of the area in the next two years. He urged the public to support Bhavya Bishnoi.
While taking a dig at Congress party, the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that Congress is a sinking ship. Congress is on the verge of vanishing from the country. Congress is left in mere two states Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh. In Haryana, the father and son duo is handling all the affairs of the party. Even the apex leaders of the party are not supporting these leaders. Neither Kumari Selja nor Randeep Surjewala are supporting them, while Kiran Chaudhary is also maintaining distance.
Sh. Manohar Lal said that Congress fails to find a competent candidate in the area. Earlier too, one of these leaders had imported to Jind, he added. Now again our party will show them the way to Kaithal, he added. He said that BJP is a party working on principles while Congress works on self-interest. They are promoting caste based politics. Our Party respects all castes. That’s why we gave the slogan of ‘Haryana Ek-Haryanvi Ek’. Our government has taken development projects in the entire Haryana without any discrimination. In the last 5 years in Adampur, development works worth more than Rs. 300 crores have been done. He said that I respect the spirit of Kuldeep Bishnoi. Despite being in opposition, he used to come to meet us with a list of work, we have initiated all the propose for the welfare of the public.

He said that some people had come here to deceive the public and it was necessary to identify them. This message must be delivered to every voter, regardless of who they are: now is the time to settle the accounts. Don’t let anyone mislead you, the Chief Minister added. It is certain that our candidate will win, but this time, the winning record needs to be broken. The Chief Minister urged everyone to cast their vote on November 3.

The Chief Minister stated that we have been serving this state for 8 years while outlining the accomplishments of the state government. We are continuously fulfilling the resolutions we had taken since the year 2014. Congress, during its tenure, has created an environment of crime, corruption, and caste politics. On the contrary, we have always made strenuous efforts to ensure good governance in every nook and corner of the state.

The Chief Minister said that more than 12 lakh works have been done through the CM window, a transparent policy of online transfer has been made. Jobs are being given on the basis of merit in the state, the ‘Parchi-Kharchi’ system has been completely abolished. The state is cracking down on miscreants, and they are now fleeing from Haryana.

Earlier, on the Chief Minister’s arrival at Adampur, many associations and institutions expressed gratitude and presented him with a memento. On this occasion, Congress National Spokesperson Sanjay Choukikar and retired IG Dalbir Bharti joined the party.

Apart from the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala, Home Minister, Sh. Anil Vij, Cooperation Minister, Dr. Banwari Lal, Cabinet Minister, Sh. Ranjit Singh, Agriculture Minister, Sh. J. P Dalal, Education Minister, Sh. Kanwar Pal, Karnal MP, Sh.  Sanjay along with other dignitaries were present.
