Non-essential shops shall remain opened till 8.00 PM only : Isha Kalia
Shopes dealing in essential commodities are exempted

In view of ever increasing COVID-19 cases in the district, Mrs. Isha Kalia, District Magistrate has imposed addition restrictions.

It was said in the orders that additional restrictions were necessary as it has been observed that positivity rate has increased to 25.15%.in the district.
Now as per the additional restrictions, Non-essential shops shall remain opened till 8.00 PM only. However, all shops and vehicle/persons dealing in essential commodities such as food,medicines, milk and milk products, poultry etc. shall be exempted. Further, there shall be no restriction on movement of raw materials,finished goods, personnel etc related to manufacturing of pharmaceutical drugs, including vaccines and medical devices, diagnostic testing kits etc.
All other conditions of my earlier orders will remain the same.
Any violations shall invite criminal proceedings under the relevant provisions of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 and the Indian Penal Code, 1860,
