Aashika Jain directs officers to provide government services to citizens without any obstruction
Kharar /SAS Nagar, March 28 :-
While checking various offices of Kharar, Deputy Commissioner Ms. Aashika Jain has instructed all officers to provide government services to the people in an uninterrupted manner so that the people of the district do not face any problem in carrying out their work. The Deputy Commissioner has inspected various offices today and gave necessary instructions to the officials with the aim of making the office work more efficient.
During the inspection and checking of offices of SDM, Tehsil, Sub Registrar, Patwar Circle (Jhigaran and Sauhara) Municipal Committee Kharar and BDPO office majari etc. the Deputy Commissioner asked the officers to ensure immediate redressal of people’s complaints. Meanwhile, she also reviewed the performance of various offices. She also directed the officials to ensure high transparency and accountability in the office functioning system. She asked the officers and employees to provide the required services to the people in a smooth and straightforward manner.. The Deputy Commissioner also directed the officials to dispose of all the pending cases at the earliest.
Ms. Aashika Jain said that the Punjab government wants to ensure that the people do not face any hassle in carrying out their daily work in any government office. She directed the officials to ensure prompt redressal of public grievances and provide uninterrupted government services. So that no one has to face difficulties and hardships.
The Deputy Commissioner said that the district administration is committed to provide better government services to the people and any negligence in this work will not be tolerated. On this occasion, SDM Kharar and other senior officers were present.
