In compliance with the instructions of Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan to make a convenient and easy way to obtain land rights booklet, the Revenue Department of Madhya Pradesh government has issued revised rules about providing land rights booklet. Now the applicant will get the land rights booklet online. Land owners will be able to apply online through IT Centre, MP Online, Lok Seva Kendra, Kiosk Centre and service provider authorised by the government to get their land rights booklet.
The land rights booklet available online will normally be of two pages. For this a fee of Rs 45 has been fixed by the government. If the booklet is of more pages in a particular case, then Rs 15 extra will be payable for each page. Land rights booklet will now be provided online in the state. The land rights booklets obtained earlier can be used as it is. The time-limit for the supply of land rights booklet by the Revenue Department has been fixed as per the notification issued by the Public Service Management Department. A digitally signed copy of the land rights booklet will be downloaded from the Bhulekh portal and supplied to the applicant within the prescribed time limit.
To get the land rights booklet online, the farmer/ applicant will have to provide his records of Aadhar card, photo, mobile number, Samagra ID, Patwari Halka and sector number etc. On the basis of these records, the online service provider organisation will submit the application of the applicant. If the Aadhar number is not available for the application of land rights booklet by the applicant, then the photograph of the applicant will be taken and verified by the Patwari of the area. It is the responsibility of the Patwari to verify or invalidate the photo of the applicant within three working days. In case the Patwari fails to do so, the land rights booklet will be issued considering the photo to be correct.
