The Department of Political Science at Mehr Chand Mahajan DAV College for Women, Chandigarh organised an online quiz on Dr B R Ambedkar to mark the celebration of Ambedkar Jayanti. Held under Swachhta Pakhwada, the quiz witnessed enthusiastic participation of over 64 students. The quiz was conducted covering several aspects of Dr Ambedkar’s life including early life, achievements, career, struggle, etc.
Principal Dr Nisha Bhargava expressed appreciation for Political Science Department’s endeavour to pay a tribute to the Father of Indian Constitution. She said that all Indians should take inspiration from his dedication in fighting social evils and his love for the country, and dedicate their lives to make other people’s lives better and to perform their duties towards the country.
