Nobel laureate Shri Kailash Satyarthi calls on Chief Minister Shri Chouhan

Nobel laureate Shri Kailash Satyarthi today made a courtesy call on Chief Minister Shri Shiv raj Singh Chouhan. Smt. Sumedha Kailash was also present.

Shri Satyarthi discussed in detail the new activities in the field of child welfare in Madhya Pradesh with Chief Minister Shri Chouhan. In particular, there was a discussion regarding better implementation of the statutory provisions related to the POCSO Act and other child welfare. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan informed Shri Satyarthi in detail about the programmes conducted by the state government in the field of child welfare.
