Newly appointed Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sawhney said that Ludhiana residents could now tweet their complaints and grievances to the administration on @LudhianaDC (https://x.com/LudhianaDC?t=YhQF68BEFSBsBoSPYlTOAQ&s=09), the official X (twitter) account of district administration Ludhiana.
A dedicated team administering the handles will report the important tweets to her office. Important complaints will be forwarded to the concerned authorities and a proper mechanism will be evolved to address these issues promptly.
The DC said that it was a better conversation medium widely used nowadays and this mode will be effectively used to reach maximum people. She said that any Ludhiana resident could reach the administration directly and a quick response will be rendered.
