Plantation will be done in all urban bodies on PM birthday: Minister Shri Bhupendra Singh

Urban Development and Housing Minister Bhupendra Singh has said that 71 saplings each will be planted in all urban bodies on September 17, on the 71st birthday of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. For this, a liaison officer will also be appointed in each urban body. These officers will do the work of site selection for plantation and coordination with local public representatives.
Minister Shri Singh has said that the responsibility of protection of these plants will also be of the concerned urban body. Orders have been given to all the urban bodies in this regard.
