PM greets Indian Foreign Service officers on IFS Day
New Delhi, October 9. Prime Minister, Narendra Modi greeted the Indian Foreign Service officers on IFS Day and congratulated them for furthering national interests. He also commended them for their efforts during the Vande Bharat Mission, which was launched to bring Indians home from abroad during the COVID-19 pandemic, and for other related help to the citizens as well.
In a tweet, the Prime Minister said, “On IFS day, greetings to all Indian Foreign Service officers. Their work towards serving the Nation, furthering national interests globally are commendable. Their efforts during Vande Bharat Mission and other COVID related help to our citizens and other nations is noteworthy.”
