MPP & Power Minister Sukh Ram Chaudhary has thanked Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur for making hard efforts for getting 28 pressure swing absorption plants (PSA) sanctioned for the State under PM Cares Fund. He said that the out of these, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has sanctioned two PSA plants for Sirmaur district.
Sukh Ram Chaudhary said that one PSA plant has been sanctioned for Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar government medical college, Nahan and another for civil hospital Paonta Sahib. Both these plants will have the capacity of 1000 LPM. He said that this facility would help in serving the people of the State especially Sirmaur district in a better way during the present challenge posed by Covid pandemic.
He said that the Chief Minister had always remained considerate towards the requirements of the people of the State and in the present crisis of Covid-19 pandemic, he has taken various issues vigorously with the government of India from time to time. It was due to his dedication and earnest efforts to serve the people of the State that the Centre has provided all possible assistance to the State. He added that getting 28 PSA plants sanctioned was a major achievement for the state for enhancing the oxygen capacity and the credit for this goes to Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur.
He has also expressed his gratitude towards the Union Government for sanctioning these PSA plants for the State.
