Public Relations Commissioner Shri Singh hoisted flag

Public Relations Commissioner Shri Raghvendra Kumar Singh unfurled the national flag in the Directorate of Public Relations. During this there was a mass recitation of the national anthem. Commissioner Shri Singh said that along with rights, duties are also assigned to the government servants. We should always keep this in mind.
