Reasi admin refutes News report

District administration Reasi has refuted the News report “After change of guard, violators encroach State land in Pouni” appearing in a section of press terming the claims as fake.

 There is no fresh construction and no State land is involved in illegal construction under the Khasra Nos as mentioned in the News report, as per Tehsildar Pouni.

 The Reasi administration submitted that in January 2020 the same news was published in the said News Paper about illegal construction on State land in the village Kalhar of Tehsil Pouni. Thereafter demarcation was conducted by field staff. As per demarcation report, it was found that Khasra No. 227 is 07 Kanal in total and kind of Soil is Banjer Qadeem and 04 Kanal is GM Rohd as per Jamabandi 2001-02 BK. Out of Khasra No. 227 measuring 07 Kanal, 02 Kanal 12 Marla has been purchased by Anil Sharma S/o Hans Raj Sharma from Om Parkash and Others and mutation sale deed has been attested vide Mutation No. 282 and 02 Kanal 12 Marla of land has been purchased by Sunil Kumar S/o Mohan Lal and mutation of sale deed has also been attested vide Mutation No. 283 of village Kalhar.

Further, after demarcation, it transpired that the vendees Anil Kumar S/o Hans Raj Sharma and Sunil Kumar S/o Mohan Lal had encroached upon 04 Kanal 03 Marla of land in Khasra No. 226 which was Shamlat Deh Hasab Rasad Malkaan and kind of Soil as Gair Mumkin Kassi by raising protection wall which was removed by field staff on spot with the help of JCB.

Anil Kumar S/o Hans Raj Sharma and Sunil Kumar S/o Mohan Lal have constructed structure over Khasra No. 227 on land measuring 05 Kanal 04 Marla. They have obtained the NOCs of BDO Pouni, AEE EM & RE sub division Pouni, AEE PHE Pouni AEE (R&B) PWD sub Division Pouni.

Now, the owners have done the filling with loose earth (Mitti) after obtaining permission from the competent authority to avoid any damage to the building due to rain.
