Right to Service Commission Empowers People to seek hassle free and time bound service delivery mechanism in Government Offices- KK JINDAL

A press conference was organised at the office of Right to Service Commission, Sector-18, Chandigarh wherein Sh. K.K. Jindal, the outgoing Chairman of RTSC briefed about the works done during his  tenure. He also released the annual report ( April 2022 to February 2023) that highlighted the status of the disposed off cases and pendencies with the commission.

Sh. Jindal talked about the improvement in various services in different departments that come under the ambit of Right to Sevice. He lauded the support of the current Administration and how the daily monitoring has helped the commission in disposing the cases in a time bound manner.

The chairperson also stressed on the need to sensitise the public about the working of the commission and empowered them to seek hassle free, corruption free and time bound service delivery mechanism in the govt. offices. Sh. Jindal also said that the commission ensures the fast working and brings more transparency and credibility in official working of govt. departments.

Rajiv Tewari, Member Secretary Right to Service Commission was also present during the conference.
