Chandigarh, 14 July 2021 The Shiromani Akali Dal today hit back at Punjab Industry Minister Sham Sunder Arora for spreading lies about non shortage of power and providing cheap power to Industry by Congress Government and asked him to tell Punjabis why Punjab Industrialist were forced to meet Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in UP ?
In a statement issued here today, the SAD Trade and Industry Wing President Mr. NK Sharma said that it is shameful to see that instead of accepting failures of Congress government on providing cheap and non disruptive power to state Industries, state Industry Minister was making tall claims of achievements. He asked him if he was not aware of forced power lockdown imposed on Industry ? He said that fact of the matter is that Punjab Industrialists today are a harassed lot which is searching alternative sites to re-establish its units outside Punjab only to save their business because Amarinder Singh led Congress government has miserably failed to solve their problems. He reminded Industry Ministers that 100 lies together cannot become a single truth.
