Sanjeev Kaushal directs Deputy Commissioners to notify the Collector Rate of their districts by April 7
Chandigarh March 31 – Haryana Financial Commissioner, Sanjeev Kaushal, directed all the Deputy Commissioners to notify the Collector Rate of their districts by April 7, 2021.
Kaushal reviewed the same with Deputy Commissioners through a video conference today.
He appreciated the Deputy Commissioners for adopting a transparent method for determining the collector rate. For this, proper representation was given to all the stakeholders in the committee formed at the district level and suggestions and objections were taken from the general public for the same and only after that the collector rate was recommended.
He said that the Haryana Government had constituted a six-member committee under the chairmanship of the Special Secretary of the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management for the purpose of reviewing collector rates for the year 2021-22, which sent its report to the Deputy Commissioners.
