Mutahhary Public High School (MPHS) Saliskote today organized a science exhibition fair with an aim to inculcate scientific temper, innovation and creativity among students.
Students showed their creativity in model making such as rainwater harvesting, biogas, and pollution. They were allowed to work together in groups and learn from each other and share their innovative ideas which brought out innovative results.
The students mentioned that they got to learn a lot from the science exhibition and also explored many new ideas on which they worked together as a team.
Dr Akbar Ali Professor, University of Ladakh, Nissar Hussain lecturer, Science Teacher also attended the event as jury members and appreciated all participants for their performance.
Later, prizes were distributed to all participants to encourage them for their outstanding work at the hands of Chairman Board of School Management.
During the exhibition, General Secretary, Principal, vice-principal, MPHS Saliskot and other dignitaries also graced the occasion.
MPHS Saliskote also felicitated Nawaz Ali, of Trespone, who is a NEET topper of 2022 from UT Ladakh and an alumnus of MPHS Saliskote who have brought laurels to the school.
The Principal, Managing Board members of MPHS Saliskote congratulated Nawaz for his success. They also appreciated Science Teachers with coordination of other staff members of the school for successfully organizing the exhibition.
