Instructs to follow COVID norms in letter and Spirit

Sub Divisonal Magistrate Mohali Harbans Singh and Assistant Commissioner (G) Tarsem Chand Sharma today reviewed the arrangements of Independence Day Celebrations at Shaheed Major Harminderpal Singh Shauraya Chakra Vijayata Government College Phase-6.
Instructing to strictly follow COVID protocols during the celebrations, Mr. Harbans Singh said that laxity in this direction would not be tolerated. He said that despite COVID protocols, the celebrations would be organised in subdued manner with full national zeal and fervour. He informed that only four contingents of Punjab Police, one contingent of NCC cadets of Govt College Phase-6 and One contingent of Brass Band of Punjab Police will take part in March past.
Accompanied by Tehsildar Vikas Sharma and Sub Registrar Ravinder Bansal, SDM said that Health & Family Welfare and Labour Minister Mr. Balbir Singh Sidhu will be the guest of honour in these functions.
