KARGIL, JANUARY 17, 2022: Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Drass, today chaired a meeting regarding the celebration of Republic Day.
The meeting was held at conference hall Tourist Dakbanglow regarding preparation for the Republic Day and all the necessary arrangements were reviewed.
The meeting was attended by police and heads of several other government departments in order to review the arrangements.
It was decided to celebrate the Republic Day keeping in view surge in number of Covid-19 cases and adhere all the SOPs including maintaining social distancing and wearing of masks.
In the meeting, all government agencies were made aware of their responsibilities and were given strict instructions to maintain Covid-19 appropriate behavior during the function.
