Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel has said that for success in life, it is necessary to have sensitivity along with knowledge. Success in life is sure to come if the education and values ​​received in university life are put into practice. He said that the most important thing in taking forward the society is to be broad-minded. When every citizen of the country thinks of self-reliance, only then will the nation become self-reliant.

Governor Shri Patel was addressing the 11th convocation ceremony of Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidylaya at Kushabhau Thakre International Convention Centre. Principal Secretary Technical Education Shri Akash Tripathi was also present.

Governor Shri Patel called upon the students to take up the responsibility of development of the poor, backward and deprived sections. Contribute with this spirit in the development of the nation and society. He said that sensitivity is the basis of human life. That is why nature has given humans special abilities to think, understand, learn and communicate. He said that development is the same, which includes everyone’s cooperation, trust and effort.

Shri Patel said that the services done with dedication gives the joy of self-satisfaction. He said that in your successes in future, do not forget the struggle that your parents went through in the past and the cooperation of teachers. Also remember their contribution to future life successes.

Chairman of All India Council for Technical Education, Shri Anil D. Sahastrabuddhe said that the convocation is a pledge of self-study and lifelong education. The present time is of rapid change of knowledge and technology. One must be constantly updated for degree to remain relevant in the future. He said that sincere work and behavior of every student would make India a Vishwa Guru. He called upon the teachers to prepare curriculum for more and more silent platforms.

Vice-Chancellor Shri Sunil Kumar told in the convocation report of the university that from the coming academic session, study material would be made available for the study of engineering in Hindi medium. He informed that the first year engineering books have been translated and published in Hindi. Arrangements have been made by the university to award degrees in minor courses along with majors. At present 5 thousand students are studying in the university premises. A target has been set to increase it to 15,000 by the year 2030.
