Complaints Can Be Registered from 6 am to 10 pm
Additional Chief Secretary Animal Husbandry and Dairying Shri JN Kansotia today launched an integrated call-centre “Sanchi Milk Helpline” to solve the problems of the milk producing farmers and consumers associated with the milk federation of the state. Consumers and milk producer farmers can use “Sanchi Milk Helpline” number 0755-4355800 to register complaints.
The helpline will function in two shifts from 6 am to 2 pm and from 2 pm to 10 pm. One nodal officer each has been appointed at the milk federation’s level to supervise the grievance redressal work.
MP State Co-operative Dairy Federation’s Managing Director Shri Shamim Uddin informed that transparency will come in the entire functioning of dugdh sanghs through the helpline. The problems of committee members, consumers and people related to Sanchi will be resolved quickly and transparently and effectively. Sanchi consumers will be able to solve problems related to availability, quality and parlour of milk and milk products at the earliest.
Similarly, problems like payment to members of milk cooperative society, error in marking of fat and SNF during milk collection, rate of milk, availability of ghee, animal feed, training and milk bill payment to societies, maintenance of electronic equipment, tanker operation, collection vehicle, bulk milk cooler maintenance etc. can also be resolved through the helpline.
