Transport and School Education Minister Shri Uday Pratap Singh arrived at Harda today and met the people injured in the accident and apprised himself about their treatment. He said that the state government is helping the accident victims with top priority. The Transport Minister said that strict legal action will be taken against the guilty persons related to the accident.
Visited the incident site
Transport Minister Shri Singh reached Harda and visited the incident site and obtained information about the situation there. Besides, he instructed the district administration officials to make all necessary arrangements for relief.
Left for the incident site immediately upon receiving information
As soon as Transport Minister Shri Uday Pratap Singh learnt about the incident, he obtained information about the rescue operations from the district administration officials. After this he left for Harda by helicopter. At the incident site in Harda, he was accompanied by Additional Chief Secretary Shri Ajit Kesari, Director General Home Guard Shri Arvind Kumar, Inspector General of Police Shri Irshad Wali, Deputy Inspector General Shri Jagat Singh Rajput, Collector Shri Rishi Garg, Superintendent of Police Shri Sanjeev Kanchan, former Minister Shri Kamal Patel and District Panchayat President Shri Gajendra Shah. An unfortunate explosion incident occurred in village Bairagarh of Harda district this afternoon.
District level disaster control room
A district level control room has been set up in Harda to help the victims of the fire accident. The phone number of the control room is 07577-223955.
