It was established with a view to provide food even to the homeless people so that if they have nothing at all to pay, they can have food in exchange for 1 hour of help in the restaurant.
4. In Vietnam, a restaurant offers Cobra Wine wherein the waiter would bring a live cobra in front of you and kill it. Then he would drain its blood into a glass of rice wine and add the beating heart of the cobra to the top of the glass for you.
5. Kayabuki Restaurant: A restaurant in Japan was unable to hire any staff because of lack of funds so to ease their work, they hired two trained monkeys instead. To have an appearance like humans, they wear clothes, masks, and wigs like humans to look more appealing. They serve the customers on a daily basis and have been certified to work there.
