Chandigarh, May 31- Faridabad Vyapar Mandal on Monday expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister Manohar Lal for granting free hold on the leased shops. For this, a delegation of traders, led by Sh. Jagdish Bhatia, the head of Faridabad Vyapar Mandal, met Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal at Haryana Bhawan, Delhi. Badkhal MLA, Smt. Seema Trikha was also present on the occasion. All the traders expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for taking the decision.
During this meeting, Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal asked Faridabad Vyapar Mandal head, Sh. Jagdish Bhatia that since when had they been facing this problem to which he said they had been facing the problem ever since the shops were leased in Faridabad. Thereafter there was a demand to free hold the shops. He added that he had been demanding this from the previous governments as well, however, the earlier governments did not fulfill their demand.
He added that it is a matter of immense joy that the BJP Government heeded this demand and also fulfilled it immediately. For this, he expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister on behalf of the traders of Faridabad. Sh. Jagdish Bhatia also said that the BJP Government has always solved the problems of the trading community. As soon as the lease shops are freehold, thousands of traders of Faridabad and the state will receive the benefit. MLA, Smt. Seema Trikha also thanked Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal on the occasion. She said that this demand of the traders was pending for many years, which has been fulfilled by the present State Government. For this she also expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister on behalf of her region.
On this occasion, Sh. Manohar Lal has made an announcement and that the Haryana Government will also arrange loans for lease holders who take possession after paying the collector rate for the amount that they pay at the collector rate.
The delegation that went to meet Chief Minister included President, Old Faridabad Market, Sh. Neeraj Miglani, President, Jawahar Colony Market, Sh. Neeraj Bhatia, President, Trade Board, Sh. Vedprakash Kukreja, General Secretary, Board of Trade, Sh. Bansi Kukreja, Sh. Ram Juneja, Sh. Mohan Singh Bhatia, Sh. Kanwal Khatri, President, Ballabhgarh Market, Sh. Prem Khattar, Councilor, Sh. Manoj Naswa, Sh. Pawan Bhatia and Sh. Devender.
