The reason behind the eruption of acidity is the stress, inability to sleep properly, and sometimes it is worse. So, switch to the other technique of sleeping in which raises your head slightly upwards by keeping some sought of pillow or something else under the legs to make a proper posture.
- A frequent question asked by the public at a time of acidity is on which side a person should sleep while having acidity or a bloating stomach. The answer is the left side because the entrance to the stomach is towards the right side, so if you lie on that side there’s more chance acid could leak out.
