Jalandhar, June 28 :- The District Bureau of Employment and Enterprises (DBEE) on Tuesday shortlisted 22 youth for the allotment of e-Vahan Suvidha centres in the district.
Providing details, Deputy Director DBEE Jaswant Rai and Employment Generation Officer Ranjeet Kaur said that a self-employment camp was organized on Tuesday at DBEE office in which representatives of Vkare Retail Ventures Private Limited took part. They said that 37 youth participated in the camp of which 22 were shortlisted by the company to operate e-Vahan Suvidha centres in the district. They said that these e-Suvidha centres would offer services like online pollution check, vehicle insurance, roadside assistance, FAST-TAG, waterless car wash, driver on call etc to the people. Further, they said that these centres would be set up with 50-50 partnership and profit sharing model.
