5 yoga asanas for healthy immune system

Increasing immunity is essential for maintaining a strong defense against dangerous environmental elements and preventing frequent illnesses, especially during the monsoon or rainy season. Fortunately, there are a number of easy and effective techniques, such as yoga, to boost your immune system, which will improve your health and provide you with protection from diseases. Adopting a healthy lifestyle is said to be the first stage in this process by fitness professionals.

The following 5 yoga poses can help you maintain a strong immune system or increase it:

1. Mandukasana, or the Frog Pose:

Thumbs tucked inside fingers, create a fist while seated in Vajrasana. Put your fists on either side of your belly button. Exhale, draw in your tummy, bend forward, and clench your fists around your navel. While bending, keep your eyes forward and exhale as you bend.

2. Samakonasana, or the Equal Angle Pose:

Exhaling, bend forward with a straight back until your upper body is parallel to the floor while still in the Tadasana position. Place your hands on your hips or extend them in front of you while keeping your knees straight.

3. Triayaka Tadasana, or the Pose of the Swaying Palm Tree:

Inhale as you lift both hands with interlocked fingers while standing in Tadasana with your feet together. Maintaining a straight spine and a gentle lateral bend to one side, exhale back to the center. On the opposite side, repeat.

4. Baby Crane Pose, or Bal Bakasana:

Begin in Marjariasana or Malasana, then rise to your toes and lower your elbows. Put your weight on your triceps as you lean forward. Find your balance by raising both of your feet.

5. Bhekasana, or Variation of the Frog Pose:

Start on your stomach, with your knees bent and your toes pointed in your direction. Put your palms on your toes while raising your upper body. With the aid of your palms, which should be placed next to your hips and pointed downward, push your heels toward the floor. Raise your elbows while raising your head.
