Another factor that affects is the clean environment that makes the food unfit to eat. Try once, make the same dish at home with original spices, and fewer fats as it will make it easy for children to adapt to homemade food.
5. Promote a healthy regime
Start their day with a healthy breakfast including fresh fruits, boiled eggs, and milk. Doctors suggest that children who start their day with a healthy breakfast tend to have stable moods and energy and concentrate on their academics properly. Eating a high-protein breakfast will prevent the craving of eating junk and keep them full for a longer time.
In the afternoon, nicely prepare a dish from green vegetables which will give a huge amount of nutrition and iron to their body. You can add pulses to the lunch.
Also, restrict their consumption of extra sugar and carbs as it increases the sugar levels which is not good. They also cause variations in mood and energy that affect overall health.
