8 Bedtime habits you must avoid

Some of the bedtime habits exist that require a change as it welcomes many health disorders. Our little effort towards our habits can protect us from making our living healthy and protect us from catching the illness.
Here is the list of some bedtime habits that need to be addressed :
Eating a heavy meal before bed:
Ideally, doctors suggest that people should maintain a gap of three to four hours between the last meal of their day and their sleep time. Straight after dinner, you lie down, then the heartburn and obstructive sleep apnea is provoked.
Alcohol or smoking:
Drinking alcohol, coffee, or smoking just before bed can have harmful reactions to your body and can worsen your sleep quality. Coffee works as a stimulant and hence you stay awake for a longer time.
Sleeping disorders:
Your sleeping schedule matters a lot in keeping you healthy and vibrant. As your sleep timings maintain your eating cycle. Any one of the schedules gets disturbed and adversely affects the other. So you need to maintain your sleep hygiene.
Excess screen time:
Long hours of browsing screens, movies, or shows right before sleep also affect your next day as your sleep gets disturbed and the next morning it creates difficulty.  It affects your brain and your health too.
Working out before bed.
Although fitness is important when you work out during the day. But working out right before your bedtime is unhealthy as the release of adrenaline can help you awake at night and then your sleep gets affected.
Sleepover:
Staying at your friend’s house all night sounds extremely good and fun but when this shifts to a regular basis then create a topic of worry as your sleeping pattern is at stake and is toxic.
Unhygienic:
Sleep hygiene is very crucial as building healthy sleeping habits assures you wash and change your sheets regularly, replace pillows, and matter every two years gives you comfort and good sleep.
Late-night working hours:
A person should wrap their work before going to bedtime. Working until the last minute of sleep, surfing the internet or having multiple thoughts regarding your work can get quite stressful beyond the point of time for relaxation.
